Refund Policy
We take utmost care in packaging and quality checking every product before dispatch.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must record an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) clearly showing the issue. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process a refund.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at milabylakshmi@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at 9037179421 with your order details and video evidence.
Refunds for approved cases will be initiated within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Please Note:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products showing signs of use, tampering, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
- Minor color variations due to photography lighting or screen display settings will not be considered a defect.
- Slight stain marks, weaving variations, or thread pulls inherent to handloom fabrics will not be considered as damage.
