A: No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

A: No, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 2–7 business days after purchase. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier services.
Q: Will I receive tracking details?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your package is dispatched.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within India.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective.
Q: What if I receive a damaged product?
A: If you receive a damaged item, please record an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. Send the video along with your order details to milabylakshmi@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9037179421 within 24 hours of delivery.
Q: How will I get my refund if approved?
A: Refunds for approved cases will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
